If your time is short in San Francisco then it will be worth your while to look into San Francisco Bay Cruises. We saw some people stand in line for a long period of time, only to find out once they reach the front that their boat was departing from an entirely different pier! Check and double check with your confirmation slip before your cruise is scheduled to depart.
